Leading procurement planning, vendor management, and fleet operations for UN-contracted projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and execution for UN-contracted projects
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
• Oversee fleet operations and vehicle maintenance
• Coordinate with international partners and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and standards
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation
• Optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and logistics
• Experience with UN or international NGO procurement processes
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
