Liability and Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited as per applicable laws and the terms of our service agreements. We recommend that clients obtain adequate insurance coverage for their shipments. We can assist in arranging insurance coverage upon request.

Documentation and Compliance

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation required for shipping, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance. We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

Prohibited Items

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Afghanistan. Any legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kabul, Afghanistan.
